The ANU School of Art Undergraduate programs build skills in a wide range of practical, digital and theoretical areas of art and design.

The degrees aim to equip graduates to take advantage of changing opportunities within the field of creative arts industries: in the areas of professional and commercial design, small-scale individual art practice and craft production, and the practicalities and theory of curating in art galleries, museums and other cultural institutions.

Bachelor programs are three years full-time. Part-time study is available.

Flexible Double Degree™

The Bachelor of Art History and Curatorship, Bachelor of Design and Bachelor of Visual Arts can be combined with degrees in Law, Arts, Social Science, Business or Science as part of the ANU Flexible Double Degree program. For a full list of degree combinations click here.

Coursework degrees are fee-based, with fees varying depending on the program and on the unit load undertaken. Information on fees for both domestic and international students can be found on the ANU Fees page.
