City Hill for Canberrans

School of Art & Design students are running an ANU project that revisits Canberrans' knowledge of City Hill's unique history and their dreams for its future.

Many people have never visited City Hill, so the team are using visual arts to bring City Hill to campus through an AR model and postcards featuring drawings of the site.

Would you like to participate?

There are two ways you can participate:

1. Come and meet the team on Kambri Green and send City Hill a postcard with your answers to three questions:

- What words describe how you feel about Canberra?
- What does it mean to be a Canberran?
- What could City Hill become?

2. Scan the QR code in images to see an AR image of City Hill on your phone.  Take a selfie with City Hill and send it to Instagram @cityhillcollective - add words, emotions, ideas about Canberra and City Hill.

Meet the City Hill Collective team outside Kambri on May 8th and May 15th from 11am until 2pm.

Tag your pictures to @cityhillcollective on Instagram anytime!

The course culminates towards students devising and delivering their own public programs in response to real-world briefs. This year we have partnered with City Renewal Authority, Belconnen Arts Centre, Gungahlin Arts and Canberra Museum & Art Gallery.
