Erica Seccombe

Canberra-based visual artist Erica Seccombe is fascinated by the way in which cutting edge scientific imaging technology influences the way in which we see our world. She is currently working with a diverse group of experimental and theoretical scientists from the ANU Department of Applied Mathematics Dynamic XCT project to research the potential of microscopic 3D computerized tomographic X-ray (XCT) to capture dynamic transformative events such as the process of germination of a seed. Her 2010 project has been supported by artsACT and Synapse 5.
