Trish Roan is a Canberra-based artist, who works across various interests including sculpture, installation, light, sound and animation.  Her practice lies somewhere in the margins of crude science and everyday miracles, with a particular fascination for those things which are ever-present but usually invisible, and the importance of constant movement in giving significance to a fleeting moment of insight. Trish is a graduate of the ANU Glass Workshop. She received the Procter Fellowship for 2013, which has allowed her to undertake a period of travel in Europe, including a residency at North Lands Creative Glass in northern Scotland, as well as in Unnaryd, Sweden.
