Goya’s La Tauromaquia is a collection of 33 prints that represent the different stages in the art of bullfighting. Francisco de Goya y Lucientes (1746-1828) - Spanish painter and printmaker born in Fuendetodos (Spain). He died in Bordeaux (France). Among his paintings are those of Charles IV of Spain and his family and Ferdinand VII, the Majas, Caprichos, The Disasters of War and of course, The Tauromaquia.
