Puan Jiewthong is a jeweller of Khmer-Thai background and a renowned master and custodian of the culturally significant Khmer style filigree work. He continues to practice the craft using traditional techniques and designs. Yet his work is infused with new materials and imagery reflecting a nation subject to rapid change.

Taweesak Molsawat is a highly regarded figure in the Thailand’s burgeoning contemporary jewellery scene. His work has a political focus with which he critically and creatively examines contemporary society. He lectures at Silpakorn University, Bangkok. Taweesak will present on behalf of himself and his colleague Puan.
