Since 2011, the ANU School of Art Environment Studio’s Field Studies program has connected to a network of practice led research programs in the American South West.
The Land Arts of the American West program, University of New Mexico, Albuquerque is an ongoing experiment in an interdisciplinary model for an Arts pedagogy based in place. John Reid, Amelia Zaraftis and Heike Qualitz will talk about their experiences as visiting artists of the Land Arts program and the work generated for VAST HORIZONS: shared raisins at the ANU School of Art Foyer Gallery from 17 - 28 April 2013.
