Beyond the Veneer: a fresh look at the Prime Minister’s Suite

Thursday 27 March 2014

A select group of ANU School of Art staff, alumni and visiting artists feature in a new exhibition at the Museum of Australian Democracy in partnership with Craft ACT: Craft + Design Centre.

Patsy Hely, Kirstie Rea, Gilbert Riedelbauch, Dianne Firth and Russell Baldon each have installed works in rooms of the Prime Minister’s Suite at Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House (MoAD). The works respond to the historically significant rooms and provided a special opportunity for innovation.

The exhibition opens to the public on 3 April 2014.
