CJ Taylor wins The Adelaide Park Lands Art Prize

CJ Taylor has won the inaugural Adelaide Park Lands Art Prize to be held during the 2014 Adelaide Festival of the Arts. The work Pasha of the Park Lands is from his current series either,either being developed in conjunction with his PhD research at the ANU School of Art Photography and Media Arts Workshop

The work In Right of Australia from this series was also selected for the 2013 PICA Salon in Perth.

A major new prize for South Australia, The Park Lands Art Prize offers $30,000 in total prize money with $20,000 awarded to the overall winner. The Park Lands are unique in the world forming the largest green belt surrounding any capital city.

Finalists are being exhibited at the Artspace Gallery Adelaide Festival Centre from February 15 - April 6.

CJ Taylor will also be showing at Helen Gory Galerie  from April 12 - May 10.
