Clearwater Sculptor Prize 2014 was recently judged by our very own Phil Spelman from the School of Art Glass workshop, along with sponsor SEROC rep Geoff Prior and Queanbeyan City Councillor Judith Burfoot. 25 artsist create work in response to the river and its surrounds. The winner was sculptor Christopher Harman with his work “Reeds Specimen (in memory of Frank Schmidt)”. Current third year School of Art Sculpture Workshop students Corri Hakaraia and Nigel Dobson for their piece "Bulbous Metaliferous” received a lot of attention and featured in the local new paper.
