Marco Bohr is a photographer and researcher in visual culture. With projects photographed in Canada, Japan, the UK and his native Germany, Marco focuses on our relationship with the natural and the built environment. His work seeks to deconstruct the binary oppositions between nature and culture, individuality and community, the observer and the observed. Marco is currently lecturing at the ANU. His blog on visual culture and photography theory can be found at www.visualcultureblog.com.
