Get Ready for Art & Design at ANU: Pre-Interview Tour & Portfolio Review

Are you thinking about studying at the ANU School of Art & Design? Join us for a special opportunity designed especially for school-leavers and future students preparing to apply.

Take part in a guided tour of the School of Art & Design studios, workshop facilities and exhibition spaces. You’ll meet academic staff, hear about the application and interview process, and gain practical advice on putting together a strong portfolio.

The portfolio review session will give you tailored, constructive feedback on your work, helping you highlight your strengths and understand what the selection panel is looking for. Whether exploring Visual Arts, Design, or Art History and Curatorship, this session will help you understand the next steps towards creative study at ANU School of Art & Design.

What to bring for portfolio reviews:

· Your visual diary or journal that shows your creative process

· 3–5 examples of finished or in-progress artworks / design projects

· A laptop with examples of digital work

· Questions you’d like to ask academic staff about study options or the application process
