Magic Lantern Performance - National Art School, Sydney 3-4 October

A magic lantern dissolving view show with original, hand painted, mechanical nineteenth century glass slides projected through original magic lanterns, with live music and vocals, will be presented by Martyn Jolly, Elisa deCourcy, Alexander Hunter and Heather Keens as part of the symposium:

The Friday evening show in the Cellblock Theatre, National Art School, has been developed in collaboration with Sydney Living Museums and will feature the children’s story Pussy’s Road to Ruin as well as animated comic, phantasmagoric and kaleidoscopic slides — all associated with Rouse Hill House and Farm.
