S Teddy D is an Indonesian artist who has gained local and international attention in the 15 years since the fall of former President Soeharto’s autocratic New Order regime in Indonesia. He explores pacifism and anti-authoritarianism through his works - evoking and drawing on aesthetic influences as diverse as street art, advertising and Fauvism.
